Final Countdown for the Farnham Facial Hair Photoshoots

I have been running the Farnham Facial Hair Project as a fundraiser for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice since late 2014. At times with differing levels of intensity this year starting cooking on gas when I took it ‘on tour’ by setting up studio tents at the Fetes, Fayres and Carnivals around Farnham.

The content for the project has been the main focus to date, that being portraits of men with facial hair, but with the final tour photoshoot taking place this coming Saturday (July 16th) the real work is looming.

Firstly I’d like to ask you, if minded, to share this photo reaching men living around Farnham, essentially in the GU9 and GU10 postcode areas. However you do it would be great, just to give the project a final push for faces.

Secondly, if anyone is interested in getting involved in phase two, that would be terrific. We need funding for a venue to exhibit the photos, hold an opening night with hospitality for maybe 300/350 people, produce a coffee table book, prints and posters as well as a host of other supporting things! If you want to bring something to the table please get in touch. Net profits from this project go to the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.

More info and publicity will follow…
